My experience with Casedrops has been decent overall, but one thing I’ve found frustrating is how difficult it is to locate wines outside of the daily special. Whether I’m trying to track down a bottle I’ve previously purchased or browse wines that are currently available beyond the featured deal, the navigation doesn’t make it easy. I’d love to see improvements in how wines are organised and searchable on the platform — a purchase history or a clearer catalogue of available options would make a big difference. The daily special concept is great, but better accessibility to the wider selection would really elevate the experience.

The Casedrops app needs some improvement, particularly when it comes to usability. I ran into multiple login issues on my iPhone, which was frustrating and made getting started more difficult than it should have been. The overall experience doesn’t feel very intuitive — it took more effort than expected just to navigate the basics. Hopefully these technical hiccups get addressed in a future update, as a smoother, more user-friendly app would make a real difference. The core concept is there, but the experience needs polishing before it can be considered truly seamless.

Casedrops genuinely offers some incredible deals — the value on offer is hard to believe at times. However, as a first-time customer, I was caught off guard by how quickly a purchase was completed. With a single click, I had bought and reserved a wine without realising that was what I was doing. When I saw “add to cart,” I assumed I was simply browsing and saving items — not completing an immediate purchase. I think Casedrops could do a lot to improve transparency around how their buying process works, so new customers aren’t left confused or accidentally committed to a purchase they weren’t ready to make. Great platform with real potential, but the user experience needs a little more clarity.

However, once that hurdle was cleared, things became considerably smoother and the platform was much easier to navigate and work with overall. The way everything works also lacks clarity — they talk about building a case of wine before shipping, yet they bill you immediately, before anything has actually been sent. Better transparency around fees and the ordering process would go a long way toward building customer trust. For now, I’m cautiously waiting to see how things unfold before forming a final opinion.

I’ve been having some difficulty completing the age verification process on Casedrops. It hasn’t been the smoothest experience, and I’m still working through it. Hopefully the process can be made a bit more straightforward for users, as it seems like an unnecessary hurdle at the moment. I’d like to get things sorted and start using the platform properly, but the verification step is proving to be a stumbling block. A clearer guide or improved process would go a long way toward making the onboarding experience much more user-friendly.

Casedrops is straightforward and dependable, though there are a few things worth knowing before you dive in. The “buy now” button charges your debit card immediately, which caught me off guard — unlike most platforms I use, there is no shopping basket where you can review your selections before committing to a purchase. I’d strongly recommend being intentional before tapping that button. The built-in chatbot wasn’t particularly useful when I had questions, and I couldn’t find a customer helpline phone number, which was a little frustrating. That said, the wine offers during special events look genuinely attractive, and I’m looking forward to trying what I’ve ordered. With a few improvements to the checkout experience and customer support options, Casedrops could be a much more confident recommendation.

A little too sweet and not the greatest quality but for the price it is a good everyday wine.

Misleading advertisement.

It has a kick that is not at all associated with a cab sauv

It had an enormous amount of sulfites that give it a bad taste even after 2 hours sitting in a stainless steel pot and aerated in a stainless steel aerator.

In other words terrible.

You can buy better wine for $7 a bottle

What should be a quick and straightforward step ends up taking longer than expected, which can be frustrating when you just want to get started. Casedrops would benefit from streamlining this part of the experience to make it smoother and more user-friendly. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it is something worth improving.

It is a smooth wine and easy to drink, just didn’t have that little, chalk” on the tongue you get with a Cab Sauv. Too pricey for the taste

Should I have shelved this for another few years? Opened one bottle to try and was somewhat disappointed. A lot of upfront (up your nose!) alcohol, reminiscent of a gin or vodka, before the flavor come through. It mellowed somewhat in the glass. Try opening a couple of hours before you plan to drink it.

The wine arrived quickly, and for the price, I’m hopeful it’ll turn out to be decent quality. That said, there’s an important caveat worth flagging for anyone considering ordering: by placing an order, you are automatically enrolled in a paid membership scheme — and it’s not cheap. This detail can easily be overlooked during the checkout process, so I’d strongly encourage anyone shopping with Casedrops to read the terms and conditions carefully before completing their purchase. Fast delivery is a genuine plus, but the automatic membership sign-up feels like something that should be made far more prominent upfront.

Wish they were packed better. Bottles arrived at about 100 Degrees F.

While placing my first order with Casedrops, I discovered I had been automatically enrolled in a $99-per-year membership without any clear disclosure during the checkout process. This came as an unwelcome surprise. To make matters worse, there is no phone number available for customer support, and cancelling the membership required navigating through numerous clicks and confirming the cancellation multiple times before it was accepted. The whole experience felt unnecessarily opaque and difficult to navigate. For a first-time customer, this left a poor impression. Greater transparency around any membership enrolment and a simpler cancellation process would go a long way toward building trust with new customers.

Overall, it’s a decent experience for those looking to get a good price, but I’d like to see a few things refined before I can wholeheartedly recommend it without reservation. A solid option, but with potential to be even better.
