I’m not sure why but they just won’t let me cancel. I’ve emailed twice also tried to cancel via their text/WhatsApp messages. I hope the reason behind is they are very busy with new subscriptions etc.. but kinda reminds me of bogus companies that just don’t let you go once you sign up. Frankly disappointing!

Winedrops is a good service for anyone who doesn’t know much about wine and the comms is very good. Quick responses and WhatsApp is efficient. As someone who spends a lot of money on wine, I’ve got a pretty good understanding on what wines should cost. Whilst I don’t think the wines on offer are overpriced, you can certainly find the same wine for the same price or cheaper if you look hard enough (and RRP quoted is often inflated). This is not a criticism of the company just something to be aware of. In summary, give wineDrops a go but don’t expect to pay much under market.
