I came across Casedrops through a Facebook ad and placed an order for six bottles of wine. After completing my purchase, I was prompted to download their app to verify my age — a step that never actually took place, yet the order still went through. Shortly after, I noticed that a membership had been automatically created on my account, with an annual fee scheduled to be charged within days. This was never disclosed anywhere during the ordering process. Had I not checked my profile, I would have had no idea. I cancelled both the order and the subscription through email and their website, but neither cancellation was honoured — I was charged for both the wine and the membership regardless. A quick search online reveals that many other customers have experienced exactly the same issue. The lack of transparency around the membership fee and the failure to process cancellations properly is, in my view, deeply deceptive behaviour.

I strongly advise caution when using Casedrops. My experience was deeply unsatisfying — charges appeared on my account without any prior approval or authorization on my part. This kind of unexpected billing is completely unacceptable and left me feeling like my financial information was not being handled responsibly. I did not consent to these transactions, and the lack of transparency around how charges are applied is a serious concern. I would not recommend Casedrops to anyone until this issue is properly addressed and resolved.

I have been drinking red wines for 32 years and decided to get six bottles of the Raptor. Don’t spend you money on this wine. It was horrible. The aroma was only alcohol, no flavor and it tasted green . Corks were dry and brittle .

I am very disappointed in Casedrops.com. I was merely browsing the offer to join and then was charged for both a membership AND a shipment of wine. During the first day after this web activity I received an email message that I had not verified my age. That the order would not be completed until I sent my additional proof. Since I had not clearly understood the membership nor the value of wines in the initial order I assumed that I could cancel both the membership and this order since I had not submitted my age. This is where casedrops and FedEx both did something without my age. I received a shipment of alcohol without age verification from the company and the shipper. I do not wish to remain a customer and I’ve sent 5 emails to your help@casedrops email address. All were ignored. If you’re thinking about joining up with this wine club I strongly urge against it.

I order three different wines from this App and I was very disappointed they charge $24.99 for shipping even when spending OVER $100 . . . No other wine website that I deal with charges for shipping if you spend $100 or more. Try WTSO.com or Lastbottlewines.com.

Be very careful before entering any payment details on Casedrops. I was simply in the process of filling out my profile when I was unexpectedly signed out — and then discovered my credit card had already been charged. At no point during the sign-up process was it made clear that this was a subscription-based model. There was no transparent disclosure of recurring charges, which I find completely unacceptable. What should have been a straightforward registration turned into an unwanted charge I never consciously agreed to. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to read the fine print carefully before providing any financial information. This kind of lack of transparency seriously damages trust and makes the whole operation feel dishonest.

It’s a terrible wine. We have decanted two bottles and can’t even get thru one glass. We have dumped both bottles. I bought 6 but just terrible overall.

If a membership is required to purchase wine from your organisation, that fact should be stated clearly and upfront – not slipped in through the back door. When I came across an advertisement on Facebook and ordered six bottles of wine, there was absolutely no mention of a compulsory membership fee of $99.90. I proceeded with the order in good faith, only to find that same fee charged to my credit card when my delivery arrived. I had not agreed to any membership, nor was I made aware of one at any point during the purchasing process. This is a deceptive business practice, plain and simple, and one that seriously undermines trust in the company. Customers deserve full transparency about any fees before they commit to a purchase.

I took up the offer for six bottles of red wine and paid in full, including shipping and taxes. Unfortunately, the order never arrived. Despite completing the purchase and meeting all costs upfront, I have nothing to show for it. Extremely disappointing experience, and I would caution others to be aware before ordering.

Wine arrived, the cork pushed thru and broke the seal on 2 bottles , and a 3rd cork was raised past rim of bottle seal was not broke. Not sure if wine is drinkable.
