I’ve asked not to be charged as I didn’t realise the free trial meant an automatice charge of £90 with NO OPTION to OPT OUT. What an absolute disgrace.

Fraudulent scammers. Took a £90 payment from card without my permission. The company has been reported to card supplier who are investigating.

When you unsubscribe from emails they don’t remove you from their email list. And they charge you £90 without warning.

The wine is NOT cheap either, feels like a scam.

Not very impressed and can’t wait to leave, right from the start when I said that I was not in a position to join, but still tried to take the money out of my account, then DHL broke one of my wines and as yet four weeks later still nothing resolved

DO NOT USE THIS APP! They will charge you £90 without giving you the option about this - the payment is automatic. Total scam, they know what they are doing. Shame on them taking advantage of people, especially in this current climate.

Not to mention, all of these 4/5 star reviews that you see are clearly generated by AI!

Can’t cancel app, can’t cancel “membership” yet they still take £90 out of my bank.

Was initially interested however after a phone call for a free trial which I didn’t use I was then charged the subscription fee!
Didn’t receive a phone call as promised to check if I wanted to continue and then charged.

I am not happy being charge a membership when it’s a free app. They don’t have a phone number and I can’t find out how to cancel. You will be returning my money. I only down loaded the app to see what it was like. I don’t drink wine. I don’t want the membership

This is one of the worst companies I have ever come across. i download the app out of pure interest, they take £90 out of my account without my knowledge, and now i get an email every 10 minutes spamming me with the latest marketing rubbish

This company is a scam!

Signed up and had £90 taken from my account with our being informed, contacted the company and was told they had sent an email with the T&C which I never got.

They said I can cancel with in 24 hours and get a full refund but there app wouldn’t let me cancel.

I emailed them to cancel and they refused and then had had the cheek to start adding wine to my cart which I didn’t want.

Dont download this app.

This £90 was “stolen” from my account and they refuse to refund it. Went to unsubscribe and was offered wine to keep me and a date to allow me to unsubscribe a few weeks later. No wine has arrived unsurprisingly. Small print is all very well but it should be UPFRONT. I work in marketing and this is borderline fraud.
DO NOT get involved.

Downloaded the app to have a look at the selection and now they have taken £90 out of my account. This is an absolute scam.

£90 taken from my account absolute scam of a company . I’ve contacted bank to raise a dispute 10 days ago I added app looked at deals and tbh can buy it cheaper elsewhere. Same day they took £90 I contacted company and they then ignored me for 3 days now refusing to refund I haven’t purchased anything . Avoid at all cost don’t open app as they are scam artist. Bought nothing and like below the other reviews below £90 was taken from my account with a flat refusal of a full refund. I had full access to the app for what amounted to about 1 minute and thought I was getting a 10 day free trial period.

Such sharp practice has lost my trust completely and I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy!

Deceiving company.
When you download the app on your phone it is not clear you are agreeing to a yearly membership of £90 per year. Without even ordering any wine…

The ‘membership’ is not done through Apple Subscriptions so their is no obvious footprint of sign up for the consumer and no protection when it comes to trying to cancel this.

I tried to cancel the membership when I saw the £90 come out of my account, and asked for a refund - but the company refused saying they had been clear. They offered a partial refund of £45? For what I haven’t even ordered any wine?

Save your money another as a service I’ve got an ap for that bull shirt yes I spelt that right so it don’t get blocked. You don’t save any money you light as well use naked/virgin/wine society as every this is against rrp I thin the last person to pay rrp for wine came off the ark
