Price discounts are a bit “creative” and not as fantastic as they make them look. But if you look beyond that, you’re still getting a small discount vs. competitors and the unique ability to buy single bottles and only pay for delivery once you fill a case is great. It’s a fun way to buy for sure

I would give them a 5 out of ,5 if I could pick my wines and put them in a basket but not pay first so if I change my mind before I check out I could even if you get a short time line before you pay say 20 minutes before you payThat for me would make it a fivePlus the delivery charge a bit cheaperThanksKRSarah

Great for finding new wines, which have all tasted great from my experience. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is the selling tactic of always advertising a reference price of a website that is far from the cheapest available. I would buy more if I was able to see genuine discount vs retail price.

I have received my first of box of 6, the delivery was quick.

Love all the wines that I’ve had delivered and delivery is brilliant - super quick and constantly being informed and updated. I love that you get recommended new wines each week too. Only thing I wish we could search for wines easier. But definitely recommend!

Easy to order, reasonably quick delivery. Go for the 12 bottle box to save delivery charges - difficult to work this out initially but adjust the amounts in the CELLAR on the app. Great wines and decent pricing too

Excellent wine at reasonable prices with quick delivery. Has become my go to wine purchasing site.Watch out for extra charges on top of the bottle price (membership and delivery).

Good customer service and good app management. Perfect discount on best wines. Need to upgrade with checkout for at least three bottles in the cellar.

Pushes you to try new wines and not just reach for the same old thing off the shelf at the supermarket. I like the colloquial descriptions of the wines on offer.

Interesting concept and some great savings, but for someone who drinks wine occasionally, this will quick become very expensive.

Should add refund option but very good customer service! Hopefully able to rate higher than 4 in the future

Lots of good deals. Only thing I grumble with is that you get charged for the bottle when they go into your cellar instead of being charged in bulk when you dispatch.

I now have a better understanding of this company and appreciate their app isn’t straightforward to produce. Their customer service is absolutely fantastic

It’s very frustrating you pay your subscription order first case of wine pay for it then can’t get on the app anymore via phone number or email to sign in no contact number to ring

Love this site but frustrated by the lack of ambition. Even the off the beaten track section contains zero skin contact or orange wines. Surely you can hook up with Wayward or another interesting importer and sort that out. Please. Love you guys. Want to give you five stars! Get some orange and bio-dynamic in your quiver x

I have only been here a week and the wines on offer are good quality. There are a small number of real bargain wines at £5 but mostly they are north of £10-15 minimum. I am not looking forward to the membership fee and may cancel before then plus I have just been charged £6.99 for my first case of 6. Being charged as you go along is good, the site quite simple and easy to use, not no proper information on the wines themselves.

Thought was going to just get the bottle sent out but it didn’t. As soon as I asked I was informed about what I needed to do and then got it sorted and sent out.
