Great wines available at reasonable prices. Emails and app alerts come thick and fast so depends on how often you want wine. You might want to turn the alerts off until you need the wine.I had an issue with delivery of my first box ordered which never arrived. I was quickly given the credit back to spend although I would have preferred a straight refund into my bank account

This is a great app. The variety of fine is huge. But be careful, you can spend spend spend on here! 😂😂

Good offers on a wide range of different wines. I wouldn’t shop here by default, but rather when you see wines you know you like, they are mostly offered at very sharp prices.

Good selection of wines, convenient and simple to access. Dubious discounts on offer but generally lower/the same price if shopping around online. Quick delivery however.

The quality & pricing of the wines is spot on. The subscription fee is rather high considering you only get access to deals for it & paying a year upfront is a bit OTT, however hopefully I’ll make use of it enough to justlift the outlay.

Great and easy way to bag some real bargains.Skeptical at first - I don’t buy a lot of wine so wasn’t sure if it was worth joining. But I have managed to get some real bargains and great wines.Love the delayed shipping - so you can take your time filling a box.

Interesting concept and great value wines. Sometimes customer service has been patchy but I think it’s because it’s a relatively young company so some teething problems being ironed out. I’m confident if the company has more customers the deals will be even better. Overall satisfied with my experience!

A lot of different wines that we haven’t tried before. Delivery is always very fast and always well packaged. Prices vary from cheap to expensive.

Great prices for what you get, sometimes not as reduced as it says but always less money than when you google it - wines that you don’t see on supermarket shelves which is fun! Sometimes I feel like the cheapest wines on there are sometimes a little out of my price range/ what I would usually spend on a bottle of wine (my box of 12 averaged out to about £12 a bottle) but the discount on what you actually get is great, if you have the budget for it. I intend to use winedrops to stock up on bottles for special occasions. DPD took a few goes to actually successfully deliver my box (the first ine was damaged in transit) but winedrops customer care team where super helpful and quick to respond. They reimbursed me promptly with credit to spend again and we’ve opened our first bottle last week. Will be recommending to my family who are interested in the concept too.
