I just want to receive the wine I ordered — it really shouldn’t be this complicated. The process has felt unnecessarily difficult, and I’m still waiting on my order. I’d love for Casedrops to streamline things a bit so customers can get what they paid for without jumping through hoops. Hoping this gets sorted out soon, as I’m otherwise happy to support the business and would consider ordering again if the experience improves. Four stars for now, with the hope that things become more straightforward going forward.

I’ve just placed my first order with Casedrops and I’m looking forward to seeing how the experience unfolds. Everything seemed straightforward during the ordering process, and the site was easy to navigate. I’m reserving full judgment until I’ve received my order and had a chance to evaluate the quality and service end to end — but so far, so good. If the delivery and product live up to expectations, I’d happily return as a customer. Fingers crossed it all goes smoothly, and I’ll have a more complete picture once everything arrives.

Lush dark fruit, oak, baking spice. This is a dense wine, very enjoyable.
