So many wines with mostly informative stallholders. The festival was far too short, only a few hours in the timeslot, it definitely needs to be an all day thing to be able to try more wines! The unused tokens were easy to convert back to store credit and dispatch and delivery of the items was super quick. Would have loved some time to actually buy food but there really wasn’t any so that’s my only complaint! Otherwise it was great in a big spacious venue and not overcrowded.

Great event. A bit too much admin with tokens, qR codes, registration etc actually event was great could have been an hour longer.

You can’t view the wine prices before signing up and I somehow managed to sign up for a year on the app without meaning. However customer services were very helpful and I changed to a 3 month trial. The wines all seem well priced and when I requested delivery they came the next day. I’ve tried some wines that cost more than I’d usually pay and most have been good, although I was disappointed in a Sancerre I ordered that was very average. Overall a good experience

Fantastic range of wines from all over the world

Fantastic value wine but be careful when ordering - the basket automatically confirms an order once full, which wasn’t clear. I over ordered as a result, thinking the basket had a glitch and wasn’t saving my choices!

The festival was fun, with a variety of wines to sample, all the vendors were friendly and knowledgeable. Tried some really lovely wines and the food stalls were delicious too.

Wines seem to sell out quick so much be good value. Most wines are £20+ with a small % less tag than this.Just ordered my first batch. Les see.

I managed to open an account easily, selected a nice bottle to get me started.It’s all very easy and SO much cheaper than your run of the mill wine merchant

The ordering process and deals are slick, however the sign up process could be clearer, I wasn’t aware I’d proceeded to the trial, which then ended and I was charged. Having sucked it up I am quite enjoying the process but more transparency would certainly have been appreciated. Not sure I’ll renew based on that.

Interesting way of buying wine

Arrived on time. Quality of wine fantastic. Will buy again. Hopefully some great new options to try top class wines at discounted price.

The wines are great and amazing value. I did find the purchasing a bit tricky and had to email to find out how to buy a mix of wines. The response was very prompt and helpful

Interesting system of purchase, yet to taste the wines selected.

This wine seller offers an interesting range of wines that you won’t find on the shelves of the big supermarkets. Some are affordable for almost anyone; some are much more expensive. The “drops” are the deals that are dropped into the app each day (usually at least two every day). I have so far bought 18 bottles, and I have drunk about 6 of them. One was a disaster, one of those rare “off” bottles, and I was quickly refunded via a store credit added to my account. One of the wines was nice - fair value but nothing special. The others were very nice, I would buy them again.The app needs a bit more development to make it as user-friendly as I would expect, but it does the essentials well. I am approaching the end of a 3-month trial period, and there’s a good chance that I will remain a member beyond the trial period.

There are many great deals available every day! Make sure you read all the T&Cs otherwise you could eat into your savings with delivery charges etc.You are billed for wines straight away, as you add them to the case you are building. This can be a great way of spreading the cost but can potentially mean you have ‘bought’ the wines a while before you receive them, if you’re not ready to complete a case yet.Be prepared for LOTS of emails and alerts!

It was a surprise when i ve seen going from my account 115£ but that was because i did not read the T&C

Have been with wine drops for nearly 3 years I think now - love that it takes me out of my usual ‘ go to ‘ wines and some really great deals - definitely give it a go !

Great packaging , great delivery.

The idea is great and there are some fab bargains. Fast delivery and reliable service. The variety and options for purchase is good. The app is a little bit confusing and needs a bit of tweaking on my opinion. This is the only reason I haven’t given five stars.

I’ve bought a few cases from Wine drops now and the service has been good and the wine just as good if not better than expected. They do spam with emails and at times the service seems to loose a bit of steam interms of adding in new wines.

A cut above the supermarket and always the cheapest Whispering Angel which keeps Mrs H very happy.
