Just had my account fraudulently debited by this company. We parted ways in February. This has now been speedily and very satisfactorily redressed by the company and I’ve increased the rating to five stars to reflect the great customer service received to put things right..

I’ve spent decades buying wine professionally as well as personally and Winedrops hands down has the magic recipe nailed, brilliantly sourced and interesting wines at fantastically competitive prices, amazing service, a superb ‘one click’ process and ultra-efficient delivery. I’ve yet to be disappointed by any of the wines and have recommended to several friends who feel just the same. I bloody love Winedrops!

Great service / wine club! We don’t drink much, but when we do we appreciate great wine. I don’t think we’ve purchased a bottle we haven’t enjoyed … the tasting notes are top notch.

Excellent customer service and resolution of a delivery issue

On time, excellent variety of red wine
