Was worried a lot of the wines would still be more than we’d generally spend on wine at the supermarket but there are some really good value wines around the £10-£20 mark that are hugely discounted and we wouldn’t usually consider unless for special occasions. WineDrops has some excellent wines at solid prices. The app is pretty easy to navigate, and they can keep your wines in their own cellar until you ask for delivery which is great when you haven’t got enough space at home.

Winedrops is the essential app for anyone looking to explore and purchase wine with ease. The discounts are superb - particularly on the daily ‘drop’ - with premium wines reduced by up to 50%. I’ve been a member for several months and every bottle a winner (but then, it should suit my tastes since it was my selection).Markedly different format to other online platforms and far better than any of the online/postal subscription services I’ve used, I’d recommended Winedrops for the discerning connoisseur who appreciates quality, choice & value for money.🍷

Easy to use service. The selection of wine is phenomenal and the prices are amazing. I double checked the prices vs independent sellers and they check out so the discounts you’re getting are very real and very very good!

If you know what you’re looking for, and you buy wine reasonably regularly, then this is an excellent company to try. My first delivery of 6 was dispatched and delivered entirely to schedule. I am very pleased with the ‘discounts’ I got on my first purchases, although I am reserving judgement as to whether they can maintain the variety in future weeks. The membership fee is such that you’d need to switch from another merchant to make it a genuine bargain, but if they continue to grow as a company then their purchasing power will increase too. This is a genuine start-up, and an innovative approach to selling wine.

Clearly a young company - but the concept is good. Like other reviewers need to check wines before buying to ascertain true value.
