I had some issues at the beginning since I failed to cancel my membership in time. When contacting customer support I received quick responses, great customer service from Joan, and a catered compensation. Deliveries are dispatched quite quickly, and as a uni student the lower prices are a lifesaver.

Had some cracking wines at a great price; on the one occasion the delivery partner broke some wine they were excellent I’m sorting it out. We are loving the way that this works and will continue to us to top up our wine collection!

App the app is very accessible. Staff respond to emails within three hours and are always very helpful. The wine is such a good offer. Always a good price. Delivery is very prompt.
