I am not drinking very much so decided to cancel this coming year’s membership. The staff could not have been more helpful even substituting a bottle of champagne because my “cellar” champagne was out of stock… thank you I may be back.

I was skeptical at first, but 2 bottles in and it’s fabulous 👌

DHL smashed a bottle and then repacked and delivered in a new package missing the bottle along with the untrue explanation that we had not been at home.Winedrops offered to credit it without any quibble and when I said I would much rather have the wine, they found one despite the “drop” being over.You can’t ask for more. Full credit to them.

The Winedrops method is excellent.You build up your case(s) and they are dispatched to you immediately.
