Good selection of wines and fast response rate, however as there is a very large product selection, it is a bit unclear whether there is stock or not, would be great if we could use a website to check current stock as there might be some old wines still available (tbh they always respond on time whether they have it or not)

I didn’t realise that I would be charged a £90 membership fee after the free trial period, so I requested a refund which was processed quickly and I received the refund within 2 days.

Ordering by WhatsApp is brilliant and the team are highly responsive as a result. However, I found the wines to be 95% out of my (very low) budget. I also wasn’t happy to get the annual subscription fee charged all at once rather than monthly. They refunded this promptly and without fuss when I said it wasn’t for me.If I had more money, I could see this being a good thing in future.

I emailed the company about a subscription. I also put up a damning review. Within 3 hours my money had been reimbursed, and it appears there was a misunderstanding about messages.

Good prices on some items where is stock

Always a good selection of wines on offer. Sometimes they fly out a bit too fast, though and that can be frustrating. Service is good though and it’s a great way to expand your pallet

I’m not the best informed wine drinker but I know what tastes good, so Winedrops was a no brainer to me. I’m pretty indecisive and will stand staring at the shelves in a supermarket waiting for something to jump out at me. Winedrops takes out the hassle, it’s like a personal sommelier saying ‘how about this one’ without the embarrassment of having to say ‘nah that one’s a bit out my price range today’. It also helps me spot investment pieces that I’ll splash out on for a special occasion and keep on the wine rack for a date in the future. Would recommend anyone try it, it’s the perfect choice for lazy shoppers!
