So far the offers seem good judgi ng by the discounts on big names but I’ve avoided those and am trying some lesser known highly rated brands so will see if they’re also as value. Plenty of burgundy and Bordeaux.Beware - when you press buy it is not adding to cart you are paying immediately no chance to reconsider or reevaluate your basket.

I joined Winedrop a few months ago. I don’t buy a lot of wine but I enjoy the choices of real quality wines. The descriptions are helpful and certainly encourage me to add variety to my “cellar”. I like being a wine connoisseur 😉

Easy to use app
The app was easy to use and the descriptions of the wines were so enthusiastic. Unfortunately it’s a bit too addictive to shop for more and more :)

I recently joined Winedrops and received my first selection of six wines, including one complimentary bottle. The membership fee is £90, and daily, Winedrops offers wines at prices approximately £1 less than competitors. Once six bottles are selected, the case is automatically dispatched. I had a question that customer service resolved within a couple of hours, which I found impressive. Overall, I am very satisfied with the wine case I received.

Excellent choice of reasonably priced wines

Overall I really like the app but I don’t like that you can’t add and remove things from your basket, you have to pay when adding to basket so not easy to add as you go and change your mind before checking out

Very good choice of wines. Options of case size and purchases are cellared for you until size is reached then the case is auto dispatched.Not so good - always check prices from other retailers as discounts advertised use the companies benchmarks which can often be beaten!

Great idea
It’s a great idea and works really well. I like that I can add bottles to my case over time, rather than having to buy lots at once. I think the app is well put together and nice to use.

One negative is that shipping to NI is much more and I didn’t discover that til after my order was placed.

Great selection of wines from all around the world. Everything from well known brands to left field wines. Nice to have such a wide choice at great prices.

The app is poor. There is no way to edit your case only click the buy button which I didn’t realise doesn’t just add it to your case but you actually buy it. The app seriously needs some work. I feel very mislead when navigating the different pages.13/11/24After contacting wind drops they amended my order gave me refunds instantly, wine was delivered promptly.

Brilliant on the price front. Best part is it teaching me about wine in general.

Little Cricket…Probably like you I still harbour suspicions of Austria for their antifreeze debacle. However, if you like a dry Alsace or Tokja give this a try. IMHO it is a steal at £8.25

I have a been huge fan of Wine Drops now for a few months and have been enjoying the wines immensely. Very satisfying after becoming quite bored of overpriced supermarket wine! It’s terrifyingly addictive to keep checking back to see what is available! A very successful idea, well done!

App is very well structured, clear, and most importantly, offers great deals with not a crazy amount of annual fee!

Fast delivery

The value and the quality of wines on offer is exceptional. Only complaint is that the app is not that user friendly and I don’t like the fact that automatically have to pay for bottles, making it harder to build a mix case that really works for you.

OK so the negative is that the savings aren’t as good as they imply (finding the highest price per bottle in the market as a comparison isn’t really a fair comparison). But the wines tend to be really very good. And on balance the membership fee is worth it if you are buying a decent amount of wine. I’m likely to renew for another year on this basis

Wine has arrived and I am not disappointed!

Although the deals are not always huge when compared to other vendors - so you have to do your double checking and research.

Smart concept I just wish it was not £90 a year - it feels extreme!

1st time ordering, looks like decent prices and a good selection.
Reason not 5 star is need to be convinced on the £90 charge which will only happen over time and ordering more

Gives you some good discounts and interesting recommendations. Shipping is quite expensive.
