App is good, but human back-up is even better. Whenever I have had a question or an issue, it had been dealt with rapidly

Not quite sure about the Charmed pricing and my missing de classified wine I was looking forward to. It still informs me that I made savings on something that didn’t turn up! Apart from that service has been good and in the main happy with wine purchased. Would recommend.

Some of the price comparisons are a bit excessive, but I’ve definitely more than recovered the cost and then some after the first 2x6 bottle purchases and received a free bottle of Malbec which was the star of the show. Give it a go

Some really good deals on the wine. If your wine is off, corked, suffering from heat damage, they are quick to credit your account. Overall, very happy with WineDrops!!

Like the app to discover new wines but have often found the big discount % are misleading and price is cheaper or the same elsewhere
