I’ve got an issue because of the annual fee charged, but it was solved quickly via e-mail. I like the app and the way it works, but I think the annual subscription is a little bit expensive.

Firstly I would like to thank Jonny & Michael who dealt with my order and misunderstanding. Their customer service is second to none.

I had issues logging in and understanding the T&Cs. This was rectified very quickly and I completed my crate yesterday, I was informed that it was sent that night. To my surprise it was delivered by lunchtime today.

Exceptional service and wine!! Very very happy.

I have to admit it impressed me. Very good selection and good prices, better than anywhere. They also openly display wine ratings which makes it easier for browsing. Would recommend!

I think Winedrops is brilliant. Easy to use app, quick delivery and I recently had an issue with a delivery that didn’t arrive, due to DHL and they credited me within minutes. Great customer service and really enjoy that I am trying new wines I wouldn’t have previously tried.
