A different approach to wine buying and it works for me
Having bought my wine for so long from Majestic and my go-to, Corney and Barrow , my friend told me about Wine Drop . Initial impressions are really positive, I’ve bought around half a dozen bottles so far . I like the fact that you pay for what you’ve bought there and then and the wine builds up in your basket until you’ve enough to be shipped . It allows me to pick and choose even single bottles , without the need to over order just to make up the 6 which can be a minimum amount usually for postage with others . Some really good recognisable labels at attractive prices so far and I love the concept of buying an unclassified gem . I have just bought the Pauillac and cannot wait to open and review. The £90 annual fee seems pricey at first but if you drink a few bottles per month or so I reckon it’s money well spent . The discount on some of the the more expensive ones alone would be worth it . So far so good .

The app was easy to use and the descriptions of the wines were so enthusiastic. Unfortunately it’s a bit too addictive to shop for more and more :)

Enjoying Wine Drops for over a year - takes me out my usual ‘ go to ‘ wines with some excellent bargains

First x6 bottle ordered on Winedrops…… included x2 bottles of declassified Pauillac 2021 for £20 each!!! Stated £500 value…. a bit of an overestimate, but Sunday Times quote £300 retail and have it on offer for £150. So still a HUGE saving…. :-) :-) …..definitely recommend Winedrops.

Randomly came across Winedrops, and liked the advertisement. Originally I was not expecting the subscription to be taken on application but on first order. However there is wide variety of excellent wines and the browsing, shopping, ordering and delivery process is simple, efficient and first class! Prices are also very competitive I would highly Winedrops!

Good alternative approach to buying wine
Early days with the app but first impressions are good. Decent selection of wines, plus discounts, filters easy to use - the app works well.

I recently joined Winedrops and received my first selection of six wines, including one complimentary bottle. The membership fee is £90, and daily, Winedrops offers wines at prices approximately £1 less than competitors. Once six bottles are selected, the case is automatically dispatched. I had a question that customer service resolved within a couple of hours, which I found impressive. Overall, I am very satisfied with the wine case I received.
