A small annual subscription opens up many doors of wines

This is great for wine lovers however, over the Christmas period there was a two week free period and other than just stopping the access to this app it did an annual subscription. I was told in an email that I would at a £60 refund with an in app purchase however this charged my bank account. 4 rating for this as this is a great app for wine lovers however, this is overpriced for an annual subscription and how the two week free trial was done I do not like.

Fantastic app, great savings and a brilliant chance to try wines you never would have.

The wines are absolutely delicious. I don’t drink much, so it’s nice to treat myself to something special

Great wine at great prices. On occasion, we have found the same wine cheaper elsewhere but not by much so still a good deal.

Customer service is exceptional and the team is incredibly responsive and helpful.

Delivery charge is disappointing. I feel that if I have paid for an annual membership, and spent a couple of hundred pounds on an order, I shouldn’t have to pay for delivery.

Tip: maximise the number of bottles in your cellar before having your order dispatched to make the delivery cheaper.

The £90 membership was a surprise because I didn’t read the small print properly but the team were kind enough to give me a partial credit in wine which is fair enough as I guess I should have read what I was signing up for :)

So easy to use and fantastic wines at such good prices. Love the handy guide so you can really compare different wines even if you don’t know lots about wine! Stocking up for our wedding so all our guest can enjoy amazing wines but we don’t blow the budget!

I haves used this app for 2 years they have done great deals on very interesting wines. Their customer service is superb and very fast.

Nice, easy to use app. Decent selection of wines at genuinely knocked down prices. I like the fact you just drop bottles in your basket and at the point you fill your box, they automatically ship. Arrived quickly too. Couldn’t fault them if I tried.

I’ve recently joined winedrops and couldn’t be happier that I did i was first put of from the annual coat but they contacted me direct and gave me an amazing deal I’ve baught a couple of bottles since joining and even got a free bottle of red worth £25 from them safe to say I won’t be buying my wine from anywhere else anymore 😊

Always looks to help the customers and gives the cheapest prices for many different champagnes and wines. One thing that can be improved is the amount of choices as there is around 100-200 only.
