I’ve been having some difficulty completing the age verification process on Casedrops. It hasn’t been the smoothest experience, and I’m still working through it. Hopefully the process can be made a bit more straightforward for users, as it seems like an unnecessary hurdle at the moment. I’d like to get things sorted and start using the platform properly, but the verification step is proving to be a stumbling block. A clearer guide or improved process would go a long way toward making the onboarding experience much more user-friendly.

Casedrops is straightforward and dependable, though there are a few things worth knowing before you dive in. The “buy now” button charges your debit card immediately, which caught me off guard — unlike most platforms I use, there is no shopping basket where you can review your selections before committing to a purchase. I’d strongly recommend being intentional before tapping that button. The built-in chatbot wasn’t particularly useful when I had questions, and I couldn’t find a customer helpline phone number, which was a little frustrating. That said, the wine offers during special events look genuinely attractive, and I’m looking forward to trying what I’ve ordered. With a few improvements to the checkout experience and customer support options, Casedrops could be a much more confident recommendation.

A little too sweet and not the greatest quality but for the price it is a good everyday wine.

Misleading advertisement.
It has a kick that is not at all associated with a cab sauv
It had an enormous amount of sulfites that give it a bad taste even after 2 hours sitting in a stainless steel pot and aerated in a stainless steel aerator.
In other words terrible.
You can buy better wine for $7 a bottle

The age verification process is more complicated than it needs to be. What should be a quick and straightforward step ends up taking longer than expected, which can be frustrating when you just want to get started. Casedrops would benefit from streamlining this part of the experience to make it smoother and more user-friendly. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it is something worth improving.

It is a smooth wine and easy to drink, just didn’t have that little, chalk” on the tongue you get with a Cab Sauv. Too pricey for the taste

Casedrops offers a solid deal when it comes to accessing better-quality wines at a reasonable price. If you’re looking to step up your wine game without breaking the bank, it’s worth considering. The value proposition is there, and for wine enthusiasts who want something a little more special without paying a premium, Casedrops delivers on that front. A straightforward and decent experience overall, though there may be room for improvement in other areas that would make it a truly standout service. Worth a try if you’re after good wine at a fair price.

Should I have shelved this for another few years? Opened one bottle to try and was somewhat disappointed. A lot of upfront (up your nose!) alcohol, reminiscent of a gin or vodka, before the flavor come through. It mellowed somewhat in the glass. Try opening a couple of hours before you plan to drink it.

The wine arrived quickly, and for the price, I’m hopeful it’ll turn out to be decent quality. That said, there’s an important caveat worth flagging for anyone considering ordering: by placing an order, you are automatically enrolled in a paid membership scheme — and it’s not cheap. This detail can easily be overlooked during the checkout process, so I’d strongly encourage anyone shopping with Casedrops to read the terms and conditions carefully before completing their purchase. Fast delivery is a genuine plus, but the automatic membership sign-up feels like something that should be made far more prominent upfront.

Wine is ok.. lots of loose parts & not as tight and as thick as I thought it’d be.. personally nothing to write home about on this one in my opinion…

While placing my first order with Casedrops, I discovered I had been automatically enrolled in a $99-per-year membership without any clear disclosure during the checkout process. This came as an unwelcome surprise. To make matters worse, there is no phone number available for customer support, and cancelling the membership required navigating through numerous clicks and confirming the cancellation multiple times before it was accepted. The whole experience felt unnecessarily opaque and difficult to navigate. For a first-time customer, this left a poor impression. Greater transparency around any membership enrolment and a simpler cancellation process would go a long way toward building trust with new customers.

Casedrops offers some genuinely good deals that are worth checking out. The pricing can be competitive, and there are opportunities to find value if you take the time to browse through what’s available. That said, there is room for improvement in certain areas, which is why I haven’t given a full five-star rating. Overall, it’s a decent experience for those looking to get a good price, but I’d like to see a few things refined before I can wholeheartedly recommend it without reservation. A solid option, but with potential to be even better.

Not what I ordered from the drop on casedrops. Was excited to receive my shipment only to be surprised and a bit let down. Same brand and wine maker. Different varietal and vintage. Got a BV HERO proprietary red 2022 instead. Still nice on the palate.. vanilla, dark fruit, cassis. Overall, enjoyable, but surprised with the inaccuracy.

I was pretty frustrated when I was charged a $99 membership fee that I hadn’t fully anticipated — what seemed like a great deal upfront turned out to have an extra cost attached. I think this is a real area of improvement for Casedrops: the membership fee should be communicated much more clearly before a customer confirms their order. That said, I have to give credit where it’s due — their customer service team handled my complaint professionally. They offered me a $99 credit toward wine and cancelled the subscription without any hassle. It was a fair resolution, and I appreciate that. Honestly, had the fee been transparent from the start, I would have happily become a loyal repeat customer. The product itself isn’t the issue — it’s just a matter of setting the right expectations upfront.

3 1/ 2 stars. Earthy and hints of chocolate. It feels a bit high on alcohol content, it is somehow noticeable.
