Always price checked and never been more expensive so far.When a drop happens I’ll always check the price online (if they have it) and I’m yet to find it cheaper. It is also nice to see bottles you wouldn’t usually and the variation is great!

That the app offers genuinely good wines (especially reds) at good prices, sometimes even bottles like Whispering Angel for just £5, and that the “damaged label” option is a clever way to save more without sacrificing quality.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE & TOTALLY LEGITIMATE. I signed up through an Instagram link, then went to TrustPilot to double check whether Winedrops were genuine, read a scathing review, panicked and cancelled. How unnecessary was that! Received an email politely asking what the problem may be, I replied explaining the situation, and today received a phone call from a charming man fromWinedrops offering a £30 three month trial including a complimentary bottle.Hope that puts paid to others who may be overly cautious. A good new company I am happy to have encountered. Peter

I purchased a case of wine and delivery was attempted while I was away for a few days. The case was not delivered nor returned to Winedrops.They chased the wine but did not recover it. However they refunded both the wine and the delivery fee to my account, no problems at all. What great customer service. Naturally I have now ordered a new case which is now on its way.
