Wine is a good price although choice can be limited. The auto-order was a bit of a surprise and it would be good to have a notification prior to an order being placed so you feel properly informed.

Good wines and speedy delivery. My only complaint was that I forgot to cancel the service by a day and they refused to let me which I thought was a bit unfair.

App is good, but human back-up is even better. Whenever I have had a question or an issue, it had been dealt with rapidly

Not quite sure about the Charmed pricing and my missing de classified wine I was looking forward to. It still informs me that I made savings on something that didn’t turn up! Apart from that service has been good and in the main happy with wine purchased. Would recommend.
