Founder & CEO
Jonny has spent over a decade sourcing exceptional wines directly from world-class estates. His background spans vineyard operations, sommelier programs, and global producer relationships. He leads our curation philosophy: quality first, transparent pricing, and unforgettable experiences.
Professional Background
Beginning in boutique restaurants, Jonny honed his service craft and palate before training through the Court of Master Sommeliers. He later joined an importer, where he built long-term partnerships across Bordeaux, Burgundy, and the Mosel. With formal studies in oenology, he brings a deep technical perspective to every selection and champions sustainable practices from vineyard to bottle.
