Looking for the best Black Friday deals on Beringer wines? You’ve come to the right place. Beringer Vineyards has been making wine in St. Helena since 1876, which makes it California’s longest continuously operating winery. It is also the only winery to have both a red and a white named Wine Spectator’s Wine of the Year, and its Private Reserve program has run since 1977. That pedigree usually comes with a price tag to match.
This Black Friday, Casedrops is cutting that price down to size. We’ve rounded up the best Black Friday deals on Beringer wines, with three of their most acclaimed bottles at up to 37% below typical US retail. You might be stocking up for Thanksgiving, building a holiday cellar or ticking names off your gift list. Either way, these are the bottles to grab before November 27 comes and goes.
Beringer 2017 Private Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

Tasting Notes
This is Beringer’s flagship Napa Cab, built on Howell Mountain fruit and aged 20 months in 80% new French oak. It shows a deep garnet-purple color. The nose opens with black currant, baker’s chocolate, menthol and spice cake, with cedar and violet underneath. On the palate it is firm and finely grained, layering blackberry compote, graphite and mocha before a long, perfumed finish. It has the structure to keep improving for years, which makes it a standout gift for the collector on your list or a centerpiece for the holiday table. Pair it with dry-aged ribeye or braised short ribs.

Beringer 2021 Knights Valley Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

Tasting Notes
Knights Valley sits 17 miles northwest of the Beringer winery in Sonoma County, between Napa Valley and Alexander Valley. Its rocky, well-drained soils and warm days with cool nights produce bold, structured reds. The 2021 Reserve is a barrel selection of only the finest lots: 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, plus Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Merlot and Malbec, aged 26 months in French oak. It pours inky and dark, with crème de cassis, blackberry compote, dark chocolate and a mocha finish. The palate is full-bodied and richly textured, and spice, graphite and cigar box build as it opens up. Try it with slow-braised lamb or aged hard cheese.

Beringer 2024 Private Reserve Chardonnay

Tasting Notes
Beringer introduced its Private Reserve Chardonnay in 1979, and it has since become one of Napa’s most decorated white wine programs. The 2024 is sourced mainly from the Gamble Ranch Vineyard in Oakville. It is barrel-fermented and aged nine months in French oak with regular lees stirring. Expect golden apple, grilled pineapple, lemon confit and baking spice on the nose. The palate is full-bodied and creamy, with bright acidity and a long finish. Pour it with butter-poached lobster, roast turkey or seafood pasta, and drink it over the next 5–8 years.
